Who will work on my assignment?+
Your assignment will be assigned to a Chartered Accountant or consultant with relevant domain experience. Depending on the nature of the assignment, the final deliverable may also undergo senior or partner review.
Can Chartered Accountants use VMUS for client work?+
Yes. Practising CAs and professional firms can use VMUS as an extended support layer for research, drafting, notice replies, technical analysis and other client assignments.
How do I submit an assignment?+
Upload the relevant documents, provide a short background and tell us the outcome you need. The VMUS team will review the information and confirm the appropriate scope, plan and timeline.
Is the work generated only by AI?+
No. AI supports document organisation, research, analysis and drafting, but an experienced professional reviews, refines and completes the deliverable. Professional judgment remains with the consultant handling the assignment.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery depends on the selected plan: Express and Premium Pro offer next-day delivery, Express Pro and Global are delivered within 2 days, and Premium is delivered within 4 days. Timelines begin after payment and receipt of all required documents and information, and remain subject to the confirmed scope and expert availability.
Can I request next-day delivery?+
Yes. Express provides next-day delivery for eligible Routine assignments, while Premium Pro provides priority next-day delivery for eligible complex assignments. Availability is confirmed after the initial review of the scope and documents.
What happens if my client asks for a revision?+
Share the feedback with your relationship manager. The consultant will review it, make changes that fall within the agreed scope and complete the revised work. If the request materially changes the original scope, any additional fee or timeline will be communicated before proceeding.
How is pricing decided?+
VMUS offers five plans based on the nature, complexity, urgency and monetary value of the assignment. Each plan is available for a single deliverable or as a five-deliverable package. The applicable plan, scope and final price are confirmed before work begins.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?+
Yes. A relationship manager will coordinate documents, queries, progress and delivery so that you do not have to follow up with multiple people.
Is my information kept confidential?+
Yes. Client documents and assignment information are used only to assess and complete the requested assignment and are not used to train AI models. Engagements are governed by formal confidentiality, privacy and applicable data-protection terms, including DPDP-aligned terms where applicable.
What types of assignments can I submit?+
You can submit notices, draft replies, technical tax or GST queries, accounting assignments, regulatory questions, deal-support requirements and other advisory work. If the requirement falls outside our current scope, we will inform you after the initial review.
